Three Flameless Candles

Three LED lights accompany a ritual of new beginnings: you name what ends, choose what you want to cultivate and save the intention when closing the practice.

Represent three unfinished business using three points of light that can be turned on and stored safely.

Materials

  • Unscented LED lights with batteries installed and screw-secured compartment3
  • A screwdriver compatible with the compartment screws1
  • A stable tray1
  • One A5 sheet1

Step by step

  1. Check with the screwdriver that the three battery compartments are closed.
  2. Place the tray on a stable, clear surface.
  3. Write on the sheet three issues that you want to look at separately.
  4. Activate an LED light for each subject and place the three inside the tray.
  5. Observe the set for a few minutes without moving the devices.
  6. Turn off the three LED lights when finished.
  7. Check again with the screwdriver that the compartments are closed.
  8. Store the three lights, the screwdriver, the tray and the blade in a closed space.

The meaning of practice

The three lights visually separate three themes for easy attention; they do not intervene on the events represented.
