The data controller is Altitud Studio SLU, NRT L-721839-Y, Andorra. You can exercise your rights by writing to info@altitudstudio.ad or using the Altitud Studio contact form.
Birth chart in your browser
The Birth Chart does not request name, gender, email or current location. Date, time, location, zone and result remain in the browser's memory, they are not incorporated into the URL or storage and disappear when reloading.
Local inventory and controls
Cat Omens saves this data only in your browser's local storage. They are not transmitted to any Cat Omens servers.

Before the first save, the site displays an online notice so you can continue or not save.
No sale or automatic transmission
The daily card and reflections are not sold, are not transferred, and are not automatically sent to any Cat Omens server.
Only by choosing "Share card" is the public content of that card delivered to the destination you select. Private reflection is never included in that action.
Rights and complaints
You can request access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability by writing to the indicated address or using the form.
The maximum response period is one month from receipt of the request, extendable for two more months, in accordance with article 15.3 of Law 29/2021. If the request is denied, the response will also be reasoned.
You can also file a claim with the APDA; this mention does not imply review, certification or approval of this document.
Hosting and data processor
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which acts as a processor. To serve and protect each request, Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP address and user agent. An IP address is personal data in accordance with article 4.1 of Law 29/2021.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in delivering the site and protecting it against abuse, in accordance with article 6.1.f of Law 29/2021.
Cat Omens has not enabled web analytics, and log export is not available for this service because it only publishes static resources. Cat Omens does not receive, store or consult this connection data: it remains in the processor's infrastructure and is governed by its own deadlines.
Cloudflare also instructs your browser, via the report-to and nel headers, to send network error reports to a.nel.cloudflare.com. They are only sent when a request fails, and describe the requested address and connection error, not the content you are querying.
The external contact form is governed by the privacy information that Altitud Studio displays when you open it.
