Cat Omens does not use optional cookies, analytics, advertising, replay or third-party personalization; that's why it doesn't show an acceptance banner.

Functional local storage
Local storage is not cookies: it does not travel in requests nor does it allow us to follow you outside of this browser.

Before the first save, an online notice appears; Delete controls remain available from preferences.
Third-party technical cookies
External technical cookies will only be described if an actual audit of Cloudflare or Access requests observes them.
Without that evidence, this document does not attribute cookies, purposes or conservation to external services.
Future changes
If optional categories are added, they should be locked before getting a choice and offer equivalent Decline/Accept/Set controls, with easy withdrawal.
These controls should not be displayed as long as optional cookies do not exist.
