Materials

Step by step

  1. Divide four consecutive pages of the notebook with the four tabs.
  2. Label the pages as new moon, waxing moon, full moon, and waning moon.
  3. Under the new moon, write an intention that you want to observe.
  4. Write down a small action that is already underway under the crescent.
  5. Under a full moon, write a detail that you can now see clearly.
  6. Write down something that you can simplify under last quarter.
  7. Put away the notebook and pencil when you have completed the four questions.
