What binds you may not be as closed as it seems.
The Devil indicates a relationship with desire, fear or habit that has begun to reduce your freedom. It does not turn that shadow into a condemnation: it invites you to look at what reward maintains the link and check what part of the chain you could already let go.
The Devil represents an attachment that seems inevitable as long as it remains unexamined. The chains visible in the scene allow us to ask what desire, immediate relief or story maintains a behavior that already limits you. Looking at that relationship without shame helps to recover options: recognize the trigger, reduce access, ask for support or replace a routine. The card does not diagnose or blame; Remember that understanding the function of a pattern is a first step in modifying it.
